Simon Cardoën

Transaction Services Director

As Transaction Services Director, Simon oversees deal structuring, due diligence, and transaction execution across the investment lifecycle, working closely with the Investment Partners and managing relationships with external service providers.

An economist by training, Simon also spearheads research projects with the Jolt.Ninja Team to create contextual awareness maps for segments, sectors, and markets, and competitive intelligence reports for specific companies and stakeholders.

Before joining Jolt, Simon was Deputy Head of the Industry Unit at the French Treasury, counselling the French government on industrial policy, particularly initiatives aimed at strengthening strategic autonomy.

More recently, Simon has been a Guest Lecturer in Finance at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He graduated from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées with an MSc and holds a dual MRes in Economics and Finance from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
