Jolt Capital will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of ten working days following its receipt, unless a substantive response has already been provided within that period.
Except in duly justified exceptional circumstances, Jolt Capital will provide a substantive response within a maximum period of two months from the date on which the complaint was sent by the client.
If the client remains dissatisfied with the outcome of the complaint, or if no response has been received within the applicable timeframe, the client may refer the matter free of charge to the AMF Ombudsman:
