Jolt Capital hires new Investor Relations Director

Building on its sustained development momentum, Jolt Capital, a leading private equity firm specializing in European growth deeptech, announces the appointment of Zineb Semlali as Director of Investor Relations.

Reporting to Jean Schmitt, Chairman and Managing Partner, Zineb will play an active role in the company's fundraising efforts. She will be responsible for contributing to the development of customer relations, and for maintaining and expanding the company's international sales footprint. She will also support the teams in their efforts to diversify, develop and create new opportunities for Jolt Capital.

Her career

A double graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management's Grande École program and MSc Finance, following a degree in Economics from Université Lumière Lyon 2, Zineb developed her expertise as an M&A analyst with the firm MBA Capital, as well as within SCOR's investor relations team. In 2021, Zineb joined investment firm Cathay Capital to strengthen the investor relations team, notably by actively participating in fundraising, developing key marketing tools and responding to investor needs.
