Jean-Marc Ollagnier becomes Operating Partner at Jolt
With 40 years of experience at Accenture, where he notably served as CEO for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), Global CEO of the Energy & Resources industry group, and Country Managing Director for France and Benelux, Jean-Marc Ollagnier joins Jolt Capital to support its teams and portfolio companies in their technology transformation, innovation and growth challenges.
Strategic expertise supporting Jolt Capital’s teams and portfolio companies
In his new role, Jean-Marc Ollagnier will work alongside Jolt Capital’s investment teams to support the leaders of portfolio companies throughout their development and transformation journeys.
His experience as an international business leader, combined with his deep understanding of technological shifts — particularly in digital transformation and artificial intelligence — will strengthen Jolt Capital’s ability to help its portfolio companies accelerate growth, adopt emerging technologies and develop new business models.
Through his role as Operating Partner, Jean-Marc Ollagnier will also contribute his experience of large-scale transformations to Jolt Capital’s teams, enriching the firm’s strategic thinking and further enhancing its operational support for entrepreneurs.
A leading international track record in technology-driven transformations
During his 40-year career at Accenture, Jean-Marc Ollagnier advised and supported numerous global companies through major strategic, operational and technology transformations.
He played a key role in Accenture’s positioning as a global leader in business services, particularly in the context of its IPO in 2001. From 2012 onwards, he contributed to the firm’s strategic shift towards technology-driven activities, including digital transformation, artificial intelligence and sustainable development.
He has also contributed to numerous international forums and initiatives focused on the twin digital and environmental transitions, including the European Union and BusinessEurope, the World Economic Forum (WEF), the United Nations and COP conferences, as well as the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).

Jean-Marc Ollagnier’s background
Jean-Marc Ollagnier spent his entire career at Accenture, where he held several senior international leadership positions. He notably led the firm’s Energy & Resources industry group globally before becoming CEO for Accenture’s EMEA region, covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Beyond his operational responsibilities, Jean-Marc Ollagnier has been involved in several international strategic boards and initiatives. He contributed to the United Nations initiative “Sustainable Energy for All” (SE4ALL) alongside Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, the World Economic Forum’s “Net Zero Carbon Cities” programme, and Accenture’s Energy Board alongside Lord John Browne, former Chairman of BP.
Jean-Marc Ollagnier is a graduate of Télécom Paris and Accenture’s leadership programme delivered jointly with MIT.
