EfficientIP acquired by Francisco Partners

After leading a €10M funding round in EfficientIP in late 2019, Jolt Capital is pleased to announce that the company has been acquired by Francisco Partners.

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Paris, EfficientIP is a specialist in network automation and security software. Its integrated DDI and DNS security platform enables enterprises to simplify, secure and automate their network infrastructure, enhancing business continuity, operational efficiency and user experience across increasingly complex IT environments.

EfficientIP has experienced significant growth driven by increasing enterprise demand for resilient, secure and automated network infrastructure. EfficientIP serves more than 1,500 customers worldwide across a broad range of industries including financial services, telecommunications, energy, retail and the public sector. The company employs approximately 220 people and operates globally, with offices across Europe, the United States, the Middle East and APAC.

This new portfolio exit, the fourth one in 18 months, perfectly illustrates Jolt Capital’s ability to grow deeptech companies in Europe, and to hand the next development phase over to a carefully selected player.
