Charles Bernheim joins Jolt in Berlin

[9 July 2026] Charles Bernheim is appointed as Value Creation Partner at Jolt Capital, based in Berlin (Germany). In this role, he will support the firm's portfolio companies in accelerating their growth, optimizing their operational performance, and executing their international expansion ambitions.

With more than twenty years of experience in the technology, e-commerce and industrial sectors, Charles Bernheim joins Jolt Capital after holding senior leadership positions within fast-growing international companies. His expertise notably covers growth strategies, business development, international expansion and operational transformation.

As Value Creation Partner, he will work closely with the management teams of Jolt Capital's portfolio companies to identify and implement the key drivers of value creation, from commercial acceleration and operational excellence to organizational development and international expansion.

Charles Bernheim – Biography

Charles Bernheim has more than twenty years of experience in developing technology and industrial businesses on an international scale.

Before joining Jolt Capital, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at SellerX, where he led the company's commercial operations and contributed to its growth strategy. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Amazon, holding several international leadership positions. Charles started his career in Germany as an engineer in the glass industry.

Charles Bernheim holds an MBA from INSEAD, as well as degrees from Télécom ParisTech and RWTH Aachen University.
