Another Operating Partner appointed at Jolt Capital

With over 45 years of international experience in semiconductors, smart cards, cybersecurity, and payment systems, Amedeo d’Angelo becomes operating partner at Jolt Capital. He will bring his strategic and operational expertise to support the growth and portfolio operations of Jolt Capital.

Throughout his career, Mr. D’Angelo has led and transformed multiple public and private companies, including Verimatrix, Ingenico, Samsung Semiconductors (Head of Europe), Gemplus Card International (president), and Oberthur Card Systems (now Idemia). He has driven more than 20 acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs globally and has served on 13 boards, including seven as Chairman.

He has also served as Executive Chairman of Linxens, a world leader in connectors and smart card chips, and as Chairman of IntelCav in Brazil. His advisory roles have supported major private equity firms, including Francisco Partners, One Equity Partners, CVC, Astorg, and Jolt Capital itself.
