Marine Moreux

HR Director

Marine joined Jolt Capital in September 2026.

Previously, Marine Moreux served for nearly four years as an HR Business Partner at Vinci Energies, where she advised the executives of 32 companies—representing approximately 3,000 employees—on human resources and labor law issues. In this role, she supported career development, internal mobility, and recruitment, as well as initiatives related to diversity, social responsibility, and inclusion.

She has also held several HR roles at Vinci Construction – Bateg and Vinci Concessions, developing expertise in manager support, recruitment, training, employee development, and HR projects. In particular, she contributed to the rollout of the annual training plan, performance evaluation campaigns, and initiatives related to workplace well-being and internal communication.

Marine Moreux began her career as a psychological consultant at CGI, where she conducted psychological assessments aimed at supporting employee well-being. Her career path combines expertise in human resources with a background in psychology. She holds a Master’s degree in psychology from the University of Paris Nanterre, with a specialization in human resources, organization, and ergonomics, which she earned with the highest honors in her graduating class.
