Manon joined Jolt Capital in September 2026.

She is pursuing a Global BBA at emlyon business school, specialising in Sustainable Finance, with a focus on business development, marketing and international management. As part of her studies, she also completed an academic exchange at the University of San Diego (USD). Her international academic and professional experiences have contributed to her fluency in French, English and Italian.

Prior to joining Jolt Capital, Manon gained professional experience in marketing and communications, notably within event agencies and the sports industry, as well as in banking and consulting firms across France and Europe.

At Jolt Capital, Manon is responsible for media relations and events, contributing to the firm’s communication, visibility and external engagement across its European deeptech ecosystem."
