Guillaume joined Jolt Capital in April 2026 as a Growth Equity Analyst.

Prior to joining Jolt, he spent two and a half years in KPMG’s Transaction Services team in Paris, where he worked on around fifteen buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assignments for both corporates and investment funds. These transactions involved French and international companies ranging from €10m to €1b in revenue across a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, energy, aerospace and software.

Guillaume graduated from NEOMA Business School in 2022 with a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance.
